i placed an order on the phone through this location, (i got light sauce, well done, with double pepperoni), went to go pick it up and the order was taken wrong and i didn’t realize until i got home (they forgot the pepperoni), called back up there to see if i could get it remade, and then went back up there and had to re order my pizza and wait 15 minutes and they took my order wrong again the second time even after i told her my order to her face. the first pizza actually looked right other than the fact they didn’t add my pepperoni, but the second pizza was like soaked in sauce and it was not edible to me. i wouldn’t place an order here unless you’re prepared to not get what you ordered.

Worst Little Caesar's in Lansing. You will never get fresh pizza here. I used to work for a Little Caesars and know how they pre make pizza and put it uncooked on a rack in the back. You're supposed to not leave them there for more than an hour, or the yeast starts to rise, and you get that weird deep dish thick, strange tasting dough. If you have ever taken a bite of a pizza and thought,"This tastes funky," that's why. Only go here if your willing to gamble on your food.

Cashier was very thorough and even asked questions before entering our order. The order came back overcooked but Savanah, the manager who introduced herself, for this day of Sunday, June 30 2024, was more than happy to redo our order... and quickly too. After we got our order, her and the cashier went over it with us to ensure we were satisfied. Upon entering our vehicle, an older gentleman who was using a cane inside the little ceaser's was being helped out and into his vehicle by the manager Savanah. The food was excellent but the service was over the top classy!
Savanna, the night manager, is who made this experience at this location worth the trip from Delta township. Which we had a horrible experience at the location on west Saginaw Hwy. In both cases our pizza was burnt and our orders were not what we asked for, but unlike the location on w Saginaw Hwy, who made excuses, threw up the “deuces” (dismissive behavior) when we attempted voice our concerns, Savanna, made no excuses, apologized for any mix ups, and did our order over again without hesitation! Located on south cedar. The young lady at the register was very accommodating as well! I will go out my way for service like this Any day!!

I try not to write negative reviews bc I understand there’s always circumstances in the service industry that I’m unaware of. But I arrived at 12:25 to pick up a 12:30 order, and didn’t receive it until 1:20. Hardly anybody else entered the store during this time. Genuinely confused why it took so long, and there was very little communication on what was going on besides they “lost my order.” Maybe it was just a bad day for the lil caesars crew.

I didn't think anything would ever uncrown the Italian cheese bread, but the new crazy puffs are insane.
It's probably for the best that they come in a 4 pack and not 12.
