Ordered delivery 65.53 plus tip.
Never received salad. Called the store, young lady told they'd send someone out with it.
It's been a full hour since I called the store. Still no salad.
Everyone else is done eating.
No hope of enjoying my birthday dinner as a family, because one family member has no food.
Also delivery driver backed his car in to the landscaping rocks around the mailbox. Minimal damage,but I need to restack the rocks

I’ve tried to order the pepperoni magnifico through door dash 2 times in the last month both times I was sent a receipt with a pepperoni pizza on it only to open the box and find a plain cheese pizza both times called to try to make sure it was a technical issue through door dash that they were having and was just told to take it up with door dash that’s crazy bro I know it’s a crap pizza place but have a little pride……holy
Since moving to Lansing I haven’t had Marcos was super excited to have it. Placed an order in the morning and picked up later that evening. My two pizzas were wrong when my husband returned home. When I called in and was sharing my pizza was wrong James kept interrupting and telling me that his system had it that way. I said I’m willing to bring up my order I placed and show him but again I was rudely interrupted. He told me he could offer me $5 I said I would rather bring the pizza back and have him make me new ones and then I was met again with interruption. So I just told him to forget it. Wowza. Talk about the worst customer service.

They give me uncooked bread literally is dough they told me that’s what it is so if they give the people that one, they are killing the people and I don’t know who should eat that uncooked

Right every time for my pepperoni. See ice is quick and in my neighborhood. I can shop then go get some pizza to take around the corner to my home. Staff friendly and efficient. Keep paying attention to cleanliness. Keep up the good work.
Parking: Near Quality Dairy and a nail supply store all in the same strip. I like to be able to shop and pick up something quick. Tastey.

My experience so far with this particular location has been good when using the app I’ve been going to them for years and have only had one order be messed up to where I had to then call the store to get it fixed. They had forgotten my cheese bread and two dipping cups when I had called the woman In charge of phone orders answered and was very spaced out. Didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She asked me to be put on hold four times just to say I need my replacement bread I was put on hold for over 15 minutes when she had came back onto the phone. She said hello I said hello back she immediately then hung up on me to wear me and my husband had to go up to the store personally to get our replacement bread, the manager was talking to her. He apologized multiple times. He was very professional. The store was nice and clean. The food is always fresh. It’s the Woman doing phone orders was very unprofessional not trained. Well didn’t speak loud enough for you to hear her. It was just a very unpleasant experience so please do mobile orders if you don’t have a hassle and if you do end up getting one unlucky order like we did immediately ask to speak to a manager at this location other than that, it’s always been a pleasant experience.

I busted called to place an order Manager told me to hold after waiting additional 4 minutes she picked up and said they don’t deliver to my address which they have before the drive is literally 4 minutes less then a 1.2 miles from my house. Oh it’s daylight right now so being to dark isn’t an excuse.
