I ordered my food at 2:00pm and my food was delivered at 2;15pm. My food was rushed and undercooked and my wings were gummy. I love Marco’s! I’m highly disappointed in the service. Never again! Marco Pizza in Lansing on S. Cedar!

Ordered a pizza online for carry out…curbside p/u. Pizza was done on time, showed up on time to pick up, notified them that I was there for the curbside p/u. (I have a temporary mobility issue). No pizza brought out. Had to go in to get it. No apology. A bit annoyed. Pizza was decent.

The manager or whoever it was making the dough tonight either needs to be fired or to take a class on professionalism, or hell, a class on empathy and kindness. I've worked at pizza places and I don't care how busy you are, you never ever talk to your staff that way. I will never come back here again. Props to the woman at the counter, she has to take the heat for his mistakes and trashy attitude. Already called the corporate office.

We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico from the menu. Some of the flimsiest, wettest pizza we've ever ordered. I'm not sure if it was because of the amount of pepperonis on it or what but there was a pool of grease on the pizza. We thought they used cheddar cheese because of how orange the grease made it look. Had to use a stack of napkins before we could eat. We ended up eating just the crust after a few slices and considered it a loss after eating what we did in the photo. This review would have been one star had it not been for the crust on the pizza and the cheese bread we ordered, both of which were pretty good. Just really disappointed with the main item we ordered.

When I began working there I was told to "watch out" for certain employees because the management knows they suck but keep them anyways(probably because they're family members idk). The owner AMY(who also has the place wired for audio) had the nerve to tell me "I only here what I want too". NAW B!TCH!. I hear what I'm told, and do as I'm told. Unlike other employees... IF EMPLOYED HERE JUST KNOW THE RULES ONLY APPLY TO YOU. EVERYONE ELSE CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT TO. AND YOU BETTER BE QUICK AT ANSWERING PHONES BECAUSE STEVEN IS FCKN LAZY. Nobody likes him, and everyone complains about him, but that's the type of management they want... Ordered my pizza for a specific time. Perfect timing. The driver even thanked me for being exactly on time.I had a small get together, no one had Marco's pizza before. My group asked me a second time where it was from. Good pizza. I got the meat specialty pizza and the cheese bread. Highly recommend.

I love Marcos, but the pizza made tonight was awful and it didn't have to be. Your toppings are delicious yet they were dumped on top of the pizza uncooked and the melted cheese underneath??? Why? I've worked in the industry and I know what it takes to get quality service&food in quick time. The delivery was pretty fast for a Friday so no complaints there. However your website says I registered for a rewards account on the 9th, tomorrow and obviously it's the 8th so 0 rewards for my order which was a so called deal Medium spec. 12.99 and yet I was charged 17.20. 4.99 delivery plus tip, plus 4$ more than advertised deal! I literally Never complain about my food orders but like I said tonights unnecessary mistakes could have been avoided with an extra minute or two of just making a fresh pizza. And I'd like my rewards for the order I paid for. Thank you

The last time I got a pizza here it was utterly disgusting . It tasted like it was made in 3 seconds. Looked sloppy and wasn't even cut correctly. Get it together marcos. No effort, no passion and it was made by someone who didn't care at all. . The taste was gross too.
