Update below this original review:Nice place! Friendly service! However, My cup of potato soup was served "luke warm" at best! Very thin and tasted awful. I also was asked if i wanted a pickle with my order and I clearly stated yes. The person taking the order, repeated it back to me, and then i didn't get my pickle. Also, the McCalister web site brags that you will NOT be asked for a tip! They clearly have it on the cash out process and DO NOT say to you , "ignore that tip question". The person at the register said "It;s going to ask you a question, before you run your card" and then was silent. It really bothered me how that process went after reading about "How well we treat our employees and you wont be asked for a tip" Then cold soup and no pickle..... Not a very pleasant experience...... Honestly ... the Chicken club sandwich had almost no chicken on it as well.Update: 4-29-2024 - I responded to the E mail provided, and the communication / customer service was excellent! After an e mail or two, I received in the mail, a nice hand written card with a coupon so my wife and I can come try again. Thank you for being responsive! I'll update again, once we go again.

The 2 women at the cash registers were so rude. I brought my plate back because my food included foods I'm allergic to and that I had asked were not included in my dish. The one who took my order looked at the other cashier and exchanged looks and finally she asked a third woman who was getting something from the fridge to help me. Either of the cashiers could have helped me because neither of them was working with another customer when I walked up. After while, my husband asked if my food was ready, but it wasn't.The young man who was bringing the dishes to the table was very nice and apologetic and he's the reason I'm giving service 2 stars.My sandwich was good, but the salad was tasteless -3 stars. The configuration of the tables is quirky and people with limited mobility had trouble getting past my chair in the partitioned area in the middle 2 stars is very generous for atmosphere.

I doordashed some food and the food tasted good but for what I paid I got a 1/3 of a wrap not even half a wrap and I also ordered the rotel and it was only filled half way… the rotel is 10$ for cheese and chips and I only got half the cheese and I ordered the choose 2 soup wasn’t filled all the way and the wrap was soooo small. I work in food business too and try to make sure that I don’t skimp people on their food when they are paying for it.

Nice place and good staff. Food was well prepared but could have been a little bit hotter. Had the ham melt, and when it came to the table it was a bit cold but still tasty.
They have a huge restaurant super nice probably could sit 100 customers or so. They have 1 bathroom for 1 customer at a time and there employees also use this. Come on man! If you have to use it good luck.

I've been here twice now. The place is clean, workers are friendly. The food... I had cup of Broccoli and Cheese soup, YES YUMMY 5 ? also had half a Chef Salad, oh YES YUMMT 5?. I was definitely full when left. I do recommend this place, the portions here are going to fill you up. The choices are amazing. If you leave hungry even on half portions, it's definitely your own fault.Parking: Plenty of handicap parking

A manager or possibly the franchise came to our table after hearing me tell my elderly mother they were out of the meal she wanted. Not only did he have the dish (he had gone to the store to get it unbeknownst to the employee taking the order) he gave us her dish for free.Great food and great customer experience.Thanks!

Cashier was less than friendly. Had a simple order and we had to repay it 3 times. Tortilla soup can without tortillas, so we asked for some. Person who brought them only bright 1 package of 4 chips for 2 of us to share for a large bowl of soup and a cup of soup. So... we asked for the correct servings. Soup was cold. Asked for it to be warmed. That request was less than nicely received. Chicken Caesar wrap came without dressing as requested, but without dressing on the side, as requested. Suffice it to say... The service team was off pace tonight. Maybe short staffed or other focused. It was not busy. Only 4-5 tables full, including us. Will certainly give them another try. But, tonight was too much work for fast food.
