Had problems trying to order in the app for a special. So tried calling the store, explained situation and was put on hold, talked to someone different explained again, no interest in helping. Of course, they're not responsible for the app. After that lack of interest, I went to pick up my food and waited several minutes to be addressed as my food was already prepared. McAlister's Deli offers great food that arrives quickly even during busy times. The staff is courteous and helpful, with a hands-on Manager ensuring cleanliness. While the food could be hotter, the ham melt was still tasty. The place is clean, the workers are friendly, and the portions are generous, leaving customers feeling satisfied. With a variety of delicious choices, this deli is recommended for a filling meal. The tea is good, and the Club is a must try. This is a great spot for a good sandwich. Some counter people and managers are rude, but Chrissy in dining cares and will help get you food. They offer a convenience of a pickup window for online orders, and great customer service when dining in.
