This place is getting worst everytime I go there. They have 6 cars waiting on waiting on food including myself. The management is bad and the worst of all I came in a day when the General Manager was here and she blew me off as well. So many cars waiitng for food the people behind me can't even pull up. I will not be returning to this location. Next stop is Burger King across the street. Please do not waste your time at this location.

Place is absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 20 minutes for a drive through order. Went inside and the place is crammed full of people having issues with their order. It’s like this every time I go to this location. Management needs to get this place under control. Its worth driving across town to another location, service will be better and the food will come out quicker, even when its busy.

I’ve been doing Ramadan recently, but have not had the e energy to wake up early and get a breakfast in before sunrise. However, today I decided to treat myself. So I got up at 6:30 to get a steak egg & cheeese bagel. I should not have done that though… my bagel was rock solid! I could barely finish the sandwich. Terrible mistake.

Unfortunately, very poor service, incorrect order, tried to give back old coffee, which was made wrong, and the manager seemed to be just casually walking around the restaurant not acknowledging any of the customers or assisting any of the employees during the rush.

Order needed to be remade 3 times because the can’t read a ticket, if your order from this McDonald’s do not customize any of your items, it will be a waste of money and time for you, take your business to Burger King across the street or a different McDonald’s, management here was very snooty and had very poor customer relations

Restaurant is always trashedTrash containers overflowing, not one clean booth to sit at. All of them were either dirty or had left over stuff on it from previous customer.Ordered food and they messed up my order twice.By the second time I just said forget it, the line workers obviously couldn’t read the tag they put on the box.Horrible customer service and I couldn’t tell the worker to regular people the way they were dressed and had a bunch of jewelry on and street clothes.

Just terrible service. Pulled up to the speaker at 10:28 and waited in silence for a response til 10:30, weird but ok. If they had just told me that they stopped serving breakfast I’d have no issue, they’re busy and it’s early. I was told my mobile order would still be made and waited another 5-10 minutes only to be told nothing was made and that my order was cancelled. I’ve came here less than 5 times and my time has been wasted almost every time.
