why are my fries filled only halfway? And every time i try to get a Dr.Pepper it’s always coke. i understand they look the same but why is it every time. I use to work at a busy McDonalds and you should never no matter how busy you are mess up this bad

Although it took a little while to get my fries via the drive thru, the girl working the first window this particular night (11/26/25) was very nice and went to grab my order instead of having to wait for the 2nd window. Based on the reviews I've read, she seems like she's one of a few employees that actually appreciates having a job and work ethics (pay raise for her 😅)
