I had the worst experience of my life last night. Ridiculous lines, 45 min wait time, severly understaffed and the manager on duty was yelling at customers. I would highly suggest avoiding this location and dining at another. The automatic kiosk didn't give me a receipt and after the 2nd customer got yelled at I left without getting my food or a refund. Terrible experience.

If you're a Dasher this store is ALWAYS going to delay your delivery. Every delivery ery I've picked up from here has been atleast a 10 -15 minute wait. They send a message through door dash that the order is ready 10 minutes before you get the order. This the worst store yet. Its not the employees fault its the management wanting to be cheap and not have enough employees.

Order 2 breakfast sandwich and one was burnt and extremely salty and the other one had a piece of hair in it. Very disappointed. The service was great and fast just terrible food

I try not to stop at this one but sometimes I forget how incompetent they are. I used to frequent this one almost daily. I have moved and been away from Lansing for a year and I just revisited. My order is wrong as usual, added ingredients to sandwiches that they don’t traditionally come with. When I approach to get things fixed it’s just snotty attitude. $15 for 3 items yes I want it fixed. Now I’ve been waiting in a pull up line for about 10 mins. Late to obligations, watching her look at me through a drive thru window. Never again, save yourself
Rude worker brought our food but not our drinks. When asked she copped an attitude and snarked she only had 2 hands. Just put my drink on the tray.

Have you noticed the change in management at McDonald’s? The old manager, Natalia, left, and a new manager, a white woman, took over. I’m not sure her name, but she’s been really rude every time I’ve come it’s been the same she doesn’t provide good service. The atmosphere has become hostile, and I’m no longer enjoying coming to McDonald’s on cedar and I’m not only speaking from experience but also how I’ve seen her treat others and even her coworkers look like they feel bad for the people who she speaks with at times. Hopefully she’s a better person outside of work but those are just my experiences recently.

This location has reliably bad at customer service, filling orders and cleanliness. I'm done going here, I will never return.

Extremely long wait times every time I come here. They make you pull up front to wait 30 mins for your food then forget half of what you order, they never have condiments on them. The most recent time they made me wait 20 mins just to tell me they couldn’t complete my order and that I would have to pull through and order again. Last time ordering here

The morning manager is very unprofessional, instead of trying to help the situation he chooses to argue, he shouts at you from the back instead of walking up to the counter to speak to you. This McDonald’s always has employees who treat the customers like they’re the problem. This McDonald’s just needs to be redone again, all new management.
Absolutely horrible the place was filthy dirty it took me 20 minutes to get my mobile order and the manager was just flat-out rude and ignored when we were trying to talk to her.

Food took over half an hour to get after it said that my order was ready so probably well over 40 minutes total just to get a happy meal and a triple cheeseburger meal. It really wasn’t that busy but even if that was considered busy for the store, there was no communication. Workers attitude was lackluster until the very end when I got my food the gentleman was nice. I would not recommend this location over other McDonald’s in the area will not be returning.

I purchased a 6-piece chicken mcnugget. They gave me 1 sauce. I asked for a 2nd. Was told no only 1. I offered to pay for it and was told no not at that register. Asked for a manager and was told no again even though I wanted to pay. MCDINALDS IS TERRIBLE ANYMORE. Will never go there again.
