I've been to this McDonald's several times unfortunately it's the only one near my house I'm disabled that's why I use this one on top of getting extremely extremely bad service here extremely rude people I've had one of their employees threatened to hit me and punch me from behind the counter I swallowed a piece of plastic one time that came out of my coffee cup off the wrapper that ended up getting ingested into my throat and my lung I had to go to the hospital and most recently as of today I went there and was treated so rudely after waiting in line for 20 minutes in a drive-thru for food when I called inside to ask what was going on I was told to leave and I wouldn't be served this place is a joke they don't treat their people well they don't treat their veterans well and to be honest with you I think McDonald's should put an end to this location worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life The unfortunate side as it is in our own hometown and right down the road from my house terrible terrible place worst McDonald's ever!!!!!!!

Always get half of my food, one time they forgot my hasbrowns other times it was my biscuits for the big breakfast, and they always forget straws...They are always fast but it doesn't matter if you don't get your entire order! Check your food before you pull out of the drove thru! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Every single time I come here, which is not often trust, I get the wrong food, I'll get handed the incorrect drinks and the food is always cold and stale. We usually will come in and order cook to order and won't mind waiting for hot food. But this time we were told that they will not cook to order for us and gave us a cold cheeseburger and stale fries and old nuggets. It Still took 10 minutes to get our food.. Surprised we even got the right drink this time.. After this blatantly terrible customer service, we will not be coming to this location ever again.

Waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes. She kept telling us to wait and she'd be with us but 6 cars went through the other line. We gave up waiting and went inside. All that we ordered was 2 happy meals. It took over 30 minutes and to top it off the order was wrong. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting and had no lighting except for blue lights in which you could hardly even see in there. Highly recommend not going to this location.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in the Lansing Area. I have never seen a more dysfunctional fast food restaurant there was nobody in line and I ordered two burgers and a fry and it still took them 15 minutes to give me my food terrible. I will never go back to this shitty location again
