Broken glass in play area, child cut foot. Was told they will get to it while letting other kids play. Next, couldn't get service at front counter. Guy kept walking by and then laying head on counter. Place a mess also. Never again.

repeatedly try to drive through for an advertised item(shamrock shake), after waiting in line behind 12 cars I get up to the speaker........lo and behold!!!!!! the shake machine is out of order.......being cleaned.......unable to dispense........thanks McDonalds!!!!!! I promise you I won't ever grace your order line again

It is so tiring every time you come to a McDonald you have to be pulled forward and then sit and wait 10 min or longer. This is absolutely unacceptable and the people bring food out have no clue what order goes to what car. Need to do
