I thought the McDs on MLK was was gross... Play Place area was trashed. Spilled ice cream left on the floor, trash on the floor, gunky soda machines.... Theres obviously no leadership there today, man...
The guy was very happy
Friendly staff, and my sandwich was good, but I ordered a diet soda, and while I got a drink cup labeled diet, the drink inside my cup was definitely not diet.

McDonald's offers decent food with great service at this location. The staff works hard even during busy times, with a PlayPlace for kids. The manager provides excellent service, accommodating special requests and celebrations. However, there have been instances of long wait times for food, with some customers reporting waits of over 20 minutes for their orders. While the atmosphere is clean and the orders are generally prepared at a decent speed, the restaurant may need more staff to handle busy periods effectively. There are also positive experiences noted, such as hot breakfast items with correct portions and extra napkins provided. It is not a 24/7 location but now has updated hours.
