Love love love this place. I’ve been a fan of the food at the “old town” Pablo’s for years. The new location triples down on that formula with a beautiful space, lots of natural light, and friendly service. Great prices too. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Pablo’s is both authentic and delicious. Lansing offers a great variety of superb Mexican food. Pablo’s is an excellent example. My enchiladas were amazing. The atmosphere is perfect. My service was excellent. The salsa is a somewhat more liquid than I would like. The Spanish rice is good, but nothing spectacular.
Stopped by on a whim. The salsa and chips and the table tasted fresh. Ordered the Flautas in asada, carnita, and tongue. All were great. Also ordered a lemonade and it came frozen which was a nice surprise on a hot day.
