I was so excited to take my hubby to Pablo’s Old Town for his birthday. Mexican is one of his favorite cuisines and we had heard nothing but positive reviews for Pablo’s, so we were excited to try it! The atmosphere was really quaint and the salsa had a good level of heat. Unfortunately, the rest of our dinner was really bad. My husband ordered the steak fajitas. The steak was like leather and inedible. The bell peppers and onions were barely charred. I had the chicken enchiladas with mole and the chicken filling had hard pieces that were the same texture as bone fragments. We talked to our waitress 3 times (Order-Delivery of Food-Check). We left the restaurant feeling truly baffled. I know that every restaurant is allowed to have a bad day, but the issues, especially with my husband’s steak were so egregious, there’s no way it should have been served.

When you order chips and a salsa, you get chips and salsa. You order a large chips and salsa, only recieve the salsa. We called and the lady said you don't get chips with a large salsa?!?! Um excuse me WHAT?? Ok, several other good Mexican food places to go. The food has fallen off but the caldo is still good. That's it out of our whole $60 order. ?

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon on a trip down to Old Town. What a wonderful choice in stopping by. The food smells delicious as soon as you walk in the door. The menu is the perfect size to ensure high-quality food. I decided on breakfast after being curious about a selection. I am not sure what the name of it was, but it was delicious. The eggs were delicious, and the avocado was perfect. I believe that they have some of the best beans in town. I will definitely be stopping by again just to try the tacos
