Every time I'm in town I make sure to stop at Pablos. The food is awesome and the service is always great. I live in California and travel to Mexico often, but I still think the best Mexican food I've had is at Pablos!
Great place. I had the fajitas which were made wonderfully as food cooked just right. I found it funny the flour tortillas came out hotter than the food. I also had the hibiscus drink called Jaimica which I had never had. I don't think everyone would like it but I did. My only critique for a 4 is two factors. First, because I'm a single male, the waitress seated me in the middle aisle without suggesting a booth. Second, I had to ask for my silverware. Overall, good...
