Panera Bread in Lansing

“Twice now I have ordered and the soup just seems to be thrown in the bag. Used to put them into holders so they wouldn't spill. Twice now we have lost 1 soup each time...soup spilled and bag ripped. Makes me wonder why I keep going here. Need to rethink this.“

“Thank you Panera with a thousand for having such a positive warm healthy atmosphere really feel like we can be ourselves there we don't have any negative energy or bad vibes in the morning a lady named Edwina always makes my friend Tom and I feel like more important things people like her are like shining sparkling star so it's nice to have down to Earth people who don't treat you like you're an AI robot and if we had more people like Edwina and a lot of positive energy from a couple Michigan State University students that work at night they keep the conversation going they make us feel like we're important and we love their stories and their bantering and their ideas and we'll keep spreading the ideas that you're a place to come in and feel good there feel a positive vibes thank you friend or Panera will keep coming there and bringing our friends and family and our associates and we want you to enjoy the spring and thanks for the wonderful sip club in the great food“

“I always get excellent food at Panera's and this time was no different except for the appearance and the cost. The new Italian Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich was not a total disappointment but darn near. The seasoning of this sandwich is to die for but when I pulled the package out it looked different than advertised on the menu. I expected a sandwich, not a half a sandwich. If I were to have cut this sandwich in half it would have looked like finger sandwiches. And the steak was barely there. Everything else was good..the cheese, the tomatoes, the lettuce and the seasoning (which is excellent by the way) but for $15.96. Just saying and I'm not buying again even if the seasoning is good! Panera might want to change the picture on the menu because it is misleading.“

“visited Panera Bread for lunch and had a great experience overall. The food was fresh and delicious, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual lunch outing. However, I did find the prices a bit on the higher side for what you get. Still, the quality and ambiance make it worth it occasionally.“
