I feel so bad leaving this review because I used to love this location. Going back 15-20 years ago, I used to meet my dad here for lunch all the time while I was in college. Also used to stop here for breakfast after church. Save your money and sanity and just order from the Okemos store instead. It's almost a guarantee that this store will always give you half portions and the person checking the bags will mark a missing side item or two as present. The "rapid" pick-up also takes 30-40 minutes on average.

I love Panera restaurant, but something was off at this particular store. The service was minimal with no one taking orders (I had to order at the kiosk) and it's the only Panera I've visited with locks on the bathroom doors... with that said, the food was good quality as always and I'd go back again if I was shopping in the area.
