I hate it when you get a sandwich and the fillings don't fill the bread. Tried their ciabatta breakfast sandwich. Rectangular bread, round sausage patty roughly half the size.

I love Panera restaurant, but something was off at this particular store. The service was minimal with no one taking orders (I had to order at the kiosk) and it's the only Panera I've visited with locks on the bathroom doors... with that said, the food was good quality as always and I'd go back again if I was shopping in the area.

A co-worker and I ordered broccoli Cheddar soup with a bread bowl to go. Our soup cups were only filled up halfway. This is ridiculous for how much everything costs there. The picture shows exactly how much soup was received. It will make me think twice before going back.

I hate being one to leave bad reviews but when I ask for no ice in my charged lemonade it’s because I don’t want it to be water downed since I drink it all day. Here it tastes like they put sprite in it. I’ve never had an issue like this at another Panera Bread. I don’t know if it’s mandatory due to everything going on with charged lemonades but I can taste a huge difference here, and I’ve been here two days in a row with the same problem.

they never give me my order. they always say “oh i didn’t see it” or “we must’ve accidentally clicked the completed button” but when i do get my order it’s always over a 25 minute wait. why am i waiting almost 20 mins for a

Completely out of coffee all 4 selections after I paid for a coffee 10:00 am in the morning busiest time, I told a manager but no one seemed to care ! Customer service is terrible
