Ate here today. I've been to all 4 Panera restaurants in the Lansing area and my opinion is that the Cedar location is the BEST! Great salad and employees! Clean and welcoming seating area! I will always recommend this location over the others.
I joined the sip club and this location never has any of the drinks available. Four days in a row they have been out of everything I ordered. Settled for a fountain drink because that’s all they had and even that was watery and didn’t taste right. Sip club is a scam

Panera Bread offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent food. The vibe of the kitchen staff was kind and friendly. The GM Maya went out of her way to make sure customers were taken care of. The manager, Cooper, was kind in accommodating requests. Some customers have experienced a decline in food quality, with reports of stale bread, watery soup, and underwhelming sandwiches. The chicken chipotle sandwich was delicious. The new Italian Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich was not a total disappointment but darn near, with seasoning to die for but for $15.96, the steak was barely there and it looked different than advertised. The Cedar location is the BEST Panera, with great salad and employees, and a clean and welcoming seating area.
