Went through the drive-thru while I was feeling sick, first time ever to Panera, and they gave me an extra soup different from the one I ordered and a side all for free and said it was to help with my sore throat. Very kind gesture.
I always get excellent food at Panera's and this time was no different except for the appearance and the cost. The new Italian Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich was not a total disappointment but darn near. The seasoning of this sandwich is to die for but when I pulled the package out it looked different than advertised on the menu. I expected a sandwich, not a half a sandwich. Ate here today. I've been to all 4 Panera restaurants in the Lansing area and my opinion is that the Cedar location is the BEST! Great salad and employees! Clean and welcoming seating area! I will always recommend this location over the others.
