The GM Maya went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we found out our delivery order wouldn't be able to include everything we ordered. Her communication was top notch, she was friendly, and she made the situation more than right by us!
I needed a break from cooking one evening and I knew Panera would be perfect for a light dinner on a cool and crisp fall night. Being the best Panera in the Lansing area, it did not disappoint! The chicken chipotle sandwich was delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken Caesar salad. The manager, Cooper, was so kind in accommodating our request for additional condiments. The vibe of the kitchen staff was kind and friendly. My favorite Panera for a reason!
Ordered online and picked up. Staff was friendly enough, food tasted okay, but order was not at all as specified. Ordered a sandwich with extra bacon and extra avocado. Didn't seem to have any "extra" on it all. In addition, it barely had any chicken on it...which was the main part of the sandwich. Also ordered a Mac 'n' Cheese w/bacon and there was no bacon on it all. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, but considering the amount you get charged...
