Despite reading few of bad reviews we seen. We decided to try this place for the first time. My husband and I both love their subs. The bread is like homeade flavor and has a nice soft chew. Not like panera bread at all. It's easy to bite into. And talk about flavor town! That was a Good sub! Thanks pen state subs. We will be back. Try it!

Came to the store at 856pm today and they ran up to the door and locked the door when the website says the close at ten I was thrown off so the guy opens the door and says we just closed so I ask if my son can use the bathrooom because my son has to pee and says yes so let’s us in so my son can use the bathroom he’s 4 yo by the way so I go in and then they say the bathrooms are backed up with sewage so they are out of order this establishment needs to be shut down if that’s the case and they need to fix their hours of service that’s disappointing to go there to eat and they are actually closing earlier than what even the door says never coming back and health department will be visiting soon

The subs had no flavor, very bland. The bread was so soggy we thought it wasn't baked right. Got to us hot though. Through UberEats it came to $50 after $3.50 tip for TWO subs... wasn't worth that.

If you order for more than one person, they will screw up your order every time. And the cheese bread sucks. These people should be ashamed to call themselves franchise owners.
