Man I can't stand the star system. I give it five stars on atmosphere not because of some fantastic five star dining! But as far as sub shops go comparably speaking as five star. From arguing with him me and the wife just left. Not gone argue and spend my money but you lost a customer, and definitely will spread the word about the horrible customer service.

Love the cheesesteak and fries when they’re made fresh and with attention to detail. Service is hit or miss - really good or really bad - which is reflected in the food quality.

Visited recently and an employee’s child was in the dining area unattended while they worked. Volume on the child’s iPad was loud as they sang and danced around. Assuming the child was there due to unforeseen circumstances, it would’ve been appreciated if employee was more aware...
