I think Popeyes is now buying their chicken as baby chicks on sale at Tractor supply company. I was so disappointed when I got my order of bone in wings. And they were the smallest things I've ever seen. Not even as long as my pinky. Two of the pieces didn't even have a bone in it they were just hunks of fat.They also need to teach the staff better customer service. When I pull up to a speaker I don't want to hear yo what you want. Shame on you Popeyes.

Somehow even though I was the only car pulled forward waiting 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches, which I'm fine with when they're needing to make more, I ended up with the COMPLETELY wrong order. I'm assuming it was the order for the car directly behind me that was still AT your window. The last 2 times we've tried to get dinner from popeyes my food has been completely wrong. Do better and train your staff better to run food that's waiting and hand food out the window when it belongs to THAT car!

Every time I visit this Popeyes, I am greeted with warm smile. The people are nice and friendly, the shift manager Yolanda is awesome. She is so friendly and sweet. She always gives 1000% excellent customer service.

The service inside is excellent! But the drive-thru is horrible this is the second time I've used drive-thru there and each time I'm sitting there for 5 minutes with no one greeting me. If they need a second all they have to do is say that instead of ignoring their customers. They shouldn't have two drive thru lanes if only one person is on headset. Other than that the food is great and they have good customer service they just need to learn to greet their customers as soon as the pull up
