Great location. One block from the State Capital building. There is a convenient indoor walkway that gets you to the Lansing Convention center and the parking structure. There is a restaurant on site. Great place to stay.
Ran out of food. Food over cooked!
The worst thing that could have ever came to Lansing full of ignorant and incompetent staff! Ran out of food and dessert for a corporate event then tried to shift the blame on the consumer saying they did not order enough again keep in mind they had a head count of every one that was in attendance and the cost per plate was $50 for people to not even get fed what they paid for! If I could give it 0 stars I would bring back the Radisson!
Would not provide me with water bottles or an additional free cookie after check in. Told me to use the water bottle refilling station in the pool room.
BEWARE! u can hear night club across the street!! loud bass was heard all weekend up until 3AM when they close…. service / staff wasn’t up to par.
Friendly service and people
If you're room faces Grand Ave., bring a NOISE MACHINE!!! Music from bar at intersection is VERY LOUD! $17/person breakfast buffet food is absolutely terrible. Starting with the notorious FAKE EGGS. ALL THE PEOPLE, however, are stellar in every way.
Expensive parking, very inconvenient, the breakfast is over priced and horrible, none of the steam table food was up to temperature . Coffee was like warm at best, milk and juice were held in a tub filled with ice most was just sitting on top of ice, and all was not cold borderline warm.even the brown sugar had to be literally chiseled out with a knife it was so hard, not that it mattered because the oatmeal was paste and not up to temperature. I used a chef thermometer to check the temps all substandard.. yet on a good note the toaster worked well my 17 dollar english muffin was excellent. . Someone of some authority did come out and open all the pots and took pictures I'msure that looked nice because everything was very nice looking.....only one other guest in the restaurant t and service was half over , must be everyone else knew what I didn't.
The Service sucks, they are no help at the front desk at all. Some other guest had to tell me where to park. Parking prices are way high. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received my deposit back. Never again will I stay there. The worst Double tree ever
Wonderful hotel! I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews sway me, they were wrong. My room was super clean, the shower is huge and amazing. The Starbucks and little store in the lobby were perfect, expensive, but just what I needed. Used the Skywalk to get to Lansing Center. Will stay here again for sure.

The man in front desk is very cool, only serve those who he want to talk to for me, even standing in front of him, he ignore and show helpless. Until I contact agora customer service, he FOUND my data finally. And even so, he put my first name to last name. He is 0 score front person. Others are great. But lack housekeeping is very bad experience. No toilet paper replaced. Even we call, wait for 1 hr, finally we go to front desk ourselves just for one toilet paper.
Stopped in to use the bathroom. The front desk was friendly and polite.
Lot of homeless people in that area
Breathtaking vistas combined with exceptional value make this an ideal place to stay to meet your needs.
Great place for businesses meeting, workshops, and Seminars.
And great place for your next Vacation.
And great for a weekend getaway, too.
We found the rooms very clean, comfortable and fresh.
