The owner was very VERY rude, and not about “customer service” at all. My wings were nasty, I took them right back, and the “Owner” would NOT exchange for different food or a refund, and was very rude about it. If it wasn’t for the CUSTOMERS you would NOT be in business. Business rule #1: Try to make the customer happy.
Horrible Customer Service, sister found hair in food and when she called she was treated horribly and hung up on by staff and managers.
