Don't bother going after 10PM. Their hours say they're open until 3AM but any time after 10 there's a very good change they'll refuse your order if you aren't from a delivery service (e.g. Door Dash, Uber Eats). Has happened to me multiple times and now I'm going to stop trying.Ownership/Management: I know it's because the restaurant is understaffed. It's understaffed because you want to run as lean as possible to maximize profits. If you can't pay and treat employees well enough to keep them around then you don't deserve to be in business. Other places in the area make it work, what are you doing wrong?

Service was as good as you could expect! My family and I went in to eat. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. The French fries were hot! But....you can't get your own refills. Why? Because some trashy people were bringing in milk jugs and filling them up! ?? #
Every time I go to Rally's I'm told their systems are down, and I must order in the app to purchase food. This seems to be an excuse that the employees use to limit the orders they don't feel like making, because when you drive by their window, their computers are clearly working fine. This company will continue to lose much business if they continue to hire lazy employees.

They don't know how to make the Sweet Onion Burger. They tried twice and both times were wrong. They made Western Burger instead. They added Spicy BBQ sauce and bacon. Why? I couldn't tell you.

When I got to rally's to find out they were out of a lots of things a lot of people went there new years on the 3rd of January they was spost to got a truck in well it didn't so I to get my deep sea dabbles with no Lettuce. So I hope they get there truck in

Drove 15 minutes to get here because it said the were open til 3 AM and person at the drive thru says they're closed. Lazy employees don't want to work is more like it! Fire these people!!!

My chicken, I paid 20 dollars for tastes like SOAP!! Gross! What a waste of my money! Not to mention I ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me sauce for it but no mozzarella
