Had to come on here to give a shootout to the staff at this location during lunch hours! While you come to Rally's and expect Rally's food, this team seemed to do their best to make it an enjoyable experience. Constantly keeping us informed to the status of our food, to bringing it out right to our table with a smile. If you want Rally's, I suggest this location

I will start by saying Rally's has some of the best french fries its why I go there even after poor previous experiences. That said though, I just had another rough visit First their app is not great for customizing orders. My kids don't like certain things on their burgers and the app does not allow you to adjust the items on the kids meal. 2nd when I arrived I was asked to pull forward and wait along with another car which actually trapped the car behind us.
