We had excellent service from 1 of 2 bartenders. The one bartender (can’t remember her name), was always attentive and busting her butt to make sure everyone at the bar had their drinks. On the other hand, this bartender Madi, was constantly talking to people she knew, away from the bar, and not giving service to anyone at the bar (besides her people she knew). The issue I have is the shady 3.5% service fee, which adds no value to my experience. The servers do not get it as part of their tip. The food and service is good, but the prices are high in general, then they hit you with the surprise service fee. Its hard to go back to a business that operates in this manner.
