First time visit, staff was polite and professional. Store was clean and neat. Prices are a bit steep but what isn't nowadays. The burger is definitely the MVP(aside from staff) but the burger itself really shined for me, nostalgic vibes of late 90's mom and pop burger joints. Definitely worth a visit. Know I will be back in the future.
Although I always enjoy my food, the service here is bad. You order take out and you will stand in the lobby for 20-30 minutes waiting on your food. Employees are always talking and goofing around instead of doing their jobs.
Burger was good but Mac n cheese seemed too processed and only half a cup ... Ugh! $15 for a burger and half a cup of Mac n cheese, not again. Service was good, food was fast, happy that someone said hi when I walked in.
