Whoever is working rn is running their business into the ground. Im sitting in the parking lot watching the employees take 15 minutes to top my pizza. I waited 20 minutes to drive up here because they said it would be 25 minutes wait. Cool. I get here and ask about the pizza. Its literally on the counter just dough no toppings not even ready to go in. Im sitting here watching this kid walk back and fourth to the walk in. Not really doing anything. The girl is in there just stretching the same piece of dough for the entire time I've been sitting here. Ive waited an additional 20 minutes in the parking lot. So 45 minutes total which would have been fine if they gave me that estimate. They said 20-25 min to pick up. Update: I get home n its freaking burnt and theres not even arugula on it. Its unedible. Positive note. They did immediately refund my money. But I wont be back. The lady before me told me she waited an additional 30 minutes in the lobby and also received burnt pizza.
In response to the owners reply:
We have ordered your pizza numerous times. Its never been charred to the point of burnt toppings but sure. I would do a quality check instead of assuming your customers are uninformed about your pizza process. Thanks for responding

Love the more street styl of pizza. The bogo deals are nice too. It's in my top 3 pizza places.

Went here with a freind to find specifically brick oven pizza and both of us were extremely disappointed with the flavor and texture of the pizza it simply had no flavor we could only really taste the dough and the tomato sauce and the flavor was still very disappointing the dough tasted like pita bread no seasoning or anything to make it taste other than just flour and water the tomato sauce was more Italian like a spaghetti sauce rather than known marinara it was sweet and had a tomato flavor thats about it we couldn't taste the cheese missing the creamy flavor of dairy more like unflavored gum same for the ricotta it was like it was diluted with water the pepperoni was good but it took over the flavor profile with an after taste of the dough and the crust was like wet paper it couldn't hold a form at all only the back was crispy overall we are extremely disappointed especially for paying almost 60$ on two pizzas

Yucky Pizza if you want a pizza with extra chewy and tough cheese go here. On top of that the pizza was very flavorless. Sorry got to be honest though.

Dill pickle pizza and breadsticks were delicious! Service was fantastic! They are great at tossing the pizzas which is fun to watch, plus fast and casual which is great with kids!

In my 44 years, I’ve eaten a LOT of pizza—over 10 of those years working in the industry. I started at 15 years old as a cook, then a driver, and eventually became a store manager for a national chain I still buy from today. So believe me when I say: I know pizza. And Slice by Saddleback just reminded me why I fell in love with it in the first place.
We tried their Buy One Get One Free Monday deal and grabbed two All Meats. When I picked them up, I was asked if I wanted pizza sauce and ranch on the side. “Sure, why not.” And wow… that’s when the game completely changed.
👉 The pizza? Brick-oven perfection. Every slice had that satisfying crunch. Toppings were exactly right—not skimpy like the big chains have been doing lately, and not overdone either. Just balanced. Just right.
👉 The sauce? Next-level. You could taste real crushed tomatoes, olive oil, and a touch of love. Nothing canned, nothing fake—just fresh and bold.
👉 The ranch? 🤯 This was the hidden gem. I always thought Jets or Horrocks had the best ranch, but nope. Slice by Saddleback owns that title now. Creamy, tangy, the perfect texture—not too thick, not too runny. It clung where it should, fell off where it should, and made every bite better.
This isn’t just another pizza joint. This is pizza done with passion, detail, and heart. Slice by Saddleback doesn’t just serve pizza—they serve an experience. If you think you’ve had good pizza, think again. This is pizza heaven. 🍕🔥

Not wood fired like everyone is saying it is. Definetly a nice pizza oven though. I enjoyed my pizza this time around. Will come back.

Mom brought me here on a whim, ended up eating the best pizza in my life.
Eating here instantly cheered me up, and the staff were very friendly which helped.

They are very inconsistent with their pizza. One week we got the Date Night pizza and it was great, few weeks later we get it again and the dates are uncut and hard to eat, barely any balsamic drizzle... Just not nearly the same as previously got. Then we got the ricotta pepperoni, got half way home when husband noticed there was no ricotta on the pizza. We get back and the worker was like oh its just missing the ricotta, but over explained to me it was the right pizza just messed up. Acted like it was the end of the world we came back, the whole.point of the pizza js the ricotta.... It is in the name of the pizza.
For the cost, i definitely expect more consistency in the pizzas.
Update: have talked with the company and worked out a solution. Thank you!
