Spuds is a very relaxing diner with really good food including the Greek bakery (yun, baklava!), fast & friendly service. My son and I eat here when we can, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Great experience at Spuds restaurant off of Waverly in Lansing, Michigan. Jeanie our server was great. Super nice, helpful, and checking in on us. Great atmosphere inside the restaurant, it's a great place to meet up and have a good meal with solid service and be able to talki, catch up, and hang out as you eat. I was there with a friend for breakfast and got the 2 eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast option. Food was great and a hefty portion as well. 5 Stars for Spuds all-around!...
It's called spuds so you'd expect more potato centered dishes but food was okay. Mushy oatmeal, broaken hollandaise, overcooked poached eggs, but still tasted good so more aesthetic/technique issue than anything. Very attentive service, very classic old breakfast mom and pop vibes.
