I usually order from DoorDash so I’ve never been inside. I am not actually a very big fan of Starbucks coffee. It’s a roasting preference. This Starbucks location is always welcoming and efficient! Last week I placed a large order for an event I was having and they had everything prepared and ready to go at time of pickup even though it was during their busy morning rush. They packaged everything nicely and included extra cups, lids, and cream which was greatly appreciated. I will be ordering again from this location for future events.
I love the energy of the space at their 637 E Michigan Avenue location. It's always busy, but in a positive way. My last experience was during/after a snowstorm and there were a lot of people ordering and waiting for orders. The staff's fun attitudes & music kept things light, and it just felt homey and welcoming. My drink was perfect and my meeting acquaintance and I sat in the lounge and enjoyed the vibe as we talked shop. Overall great experience!
