Steak 'n Shake offers a classic dining experience with its thin, crispy, and juicy burgers, delicious crispy skinny fries, and indulgent milkshakes. The service through the drive-thru is excellent, with orders being correct and food being served hot and quickly. Customers have found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced, despite the kiosk ordering system. The atmosphere is a bit retro and very clean. While some customers have been unsatisfied with the raw fries and watery drinks, the majority have enjoyed the excellent burgers and shakes, including the fantastic garlic burger.
