Ordered burgers online and by the time we came to pick them up they were sitting on the counter. Lady that was working didn’t care at all. Burgers were cold. She didn’t cared. If your worker doesn’t care about the customers then change the worker. We love coming to this place because the burgers are awesome, but me, personally, I am not coming back. Just because the lady was rude.

This store should be closed. I ordered a 5-way chili and it took 43 minutes for them to make it. They spent their time only taking care of drive thru and when I asked the manager she stated they never got the order that I had the receipt for

Excellent quick stop, kinda quick, for some laaaate lunch slightly early dinner. Was heading back from visiting friends and family and having been a while we stopped in. Service was lackluster in the speed and friendliness departments. Food was great though and that beef tallow is awfully delectable. Maybe some of the best fries ever here.

this is my first time eating from here an it was literally disgusting the frys were stale my burger bun were soggys NOTHING WAS FRESH AT ALL. im highly disappointed rude customer service i tried to call and all she said was “sorry yu didnt enjoy your food” and hung up i will nvr eat from here ever again!!

This was the slowest service I have ever received in my entire life from a fast food place ever!!! I sat in line for literally 30 minutes from start of order til I got my food. This was my first time ever trying a steak and shake and don't think ill be back to one.
Michigan store is Not what I'm used to in TN. No malts, no table service. Workers were very nice and efficient. The floor had so much soap on it! Very sticky!

My wife and I used to come here all the time. But after this last visit, we’ll never be back… we each ordered a burger with some sauce on the side. We got home and started eating. Everything was fine until my wife got to her literal last bite when I heard her go “OMG WHAT IS THAT!?” I then looked and there was a big dead ANT in her sauce. She was absolutely DISGUSTED considering she ate basically the entire thing before the ant surfaced to the top of the sauce. So we reached out to the store from the feedback section they asked us to go to and despite reaching out we have not received a response. Which is very surprising given the circumstances.. We hesitantly gave them another chance after the problem back in 2018 (if you’re not sure what I’m referring to just google “steak and shake lansing september 2018 incident”). But never again. This place is so nasty. A health inspector, or someone needs to get in there and do some serious work.
