“First off, let me just say that the employees are so kind! They are very friendly and helpful and I never have any problems with my orders. It's super convenient to put in an order online and pick it up shortly after... no need to wait in line. ❤️ Lastly, it's a plus that it's located in a gas station, so you can get gas or whatever else you may need. ???

“I love the girl with blondish hair, in a pony tail. It was noon on Tuesday. Jessica maybe. Every single time I see her she's is doing something. Sweeping, mopping, baking the bread, cutting vegetables,etc. Yes it's her job, but just bcuz you act like the world revolves around you in a restaurant/fast food environment, Does. Not. Means. She's. Less. Human. Than. You. Read it again if you don't understand.“

This Subway is hands-down the BEST in town! 🙌 I drive all the way from South Lansing every single day on my lunch break just to come here because the service and flow are unmatched.

Shout-out to Mason, Alex, and Nia — the way they keep things running is smoother than I’ve ever seen at any Subway. No matter how busy it gets, the line moves quickly, everyone gets greeted with a smile, and the store feels so well-managed.

If ownership ever sees this — these employees absolutely deserve a bonus and a raise for the outstanding work they put in. “I did not go to this store for a while..... I decided to start going back and an employee named Andre truly lived up to customer service and beyond. Attention to the order while still creating conversation and making me feel at ease even though he was handling multi orders and was working by himself.

“The two gentlemen who worked tonight (Sunday, June 1st, 2025, 5pm) were very kind and helpful. I ordered a footlong for children with whom I babysit at church. One has an allergy to all dairy products. The sandwich assembler was aware of the need to change his gloves between assembling sandwiches. The store is very clean. “They guys that worked today were so nice, timely and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and my order was pretty picky but they made my sandwich perfect!😊 and provided great customer service! The store was also clean. I've worked fast food for many years and I know people only comment when they have recived bad service so I try to comment when I remember lol. “Well, you've earned this!Fast service, items request meet with no delay or pecking. ..The ingredients didn't look like they found luck with them in a post apocalyptic deep freezer. Clean store, good people and pleasant-presents both the lady and the gentleman. I think Fantastic Mr. Fox said it best. " Pitch perfect!" Parking: Well it's mostly black at first glance, but given the proper lighting, you can see small bits of material in it as it can shine like a diamond and have colors of all types. This is because all the streets have very very small assortments of metals and rocks including gold and diamonds as the blades use to cut is often a complex carbon co-op and everything is stardust. I parked in the visible lines near the door as I pulled in from the street with ease as I remember when the store was remodeled and the black top was laid years ago. It's has a rectangle representation, and a slight degrading towards the street to the east. Two combo entrance/exits and lighting for the darkdays/nights. No cats!

Wheelchair accessibility: Sure, if you use one they got you! Seating is manageable too, mild-line inside movability/mobility but very doable if they aren't overly/overtly business.

Dietary restrictions: If you have issues with grocery stores this is not for you. The smell of fresh veggies is usually present. They don't sell nuts directly, ( should you decide to add nuts to your menu because of my comments I just want 5% or a nice Porsche ??... Or free Subway for a good long while) Seafood is present but not airborne. Breads are plenty with the options of salad too or you could go full velociraptor ? and just put a bunch of meats in paperwarp and bag. ..I guess. It's good see your own toes food in moderation. ✌??⤵️“

“I hadn't been to Subway for some time and I am glad to say that I had a wonderful experience. Although, I was disappointed when I was informed of the fact that Subway does not have a Seafood sub sandwich anymore, dang it 😔😄“
