Worst service ever will never go back both women had an attitude. and we’re very rude when I called to ask to speak to the manager they said it wasn’t one and they don’t know when she’ll be available! I will never spend my money with SUBWAY again and I got points. i’ll keep going to Jersey Mike’s and Jersey Giant they’re 1000 times better and way better service

Look I’ve worked in the food industry and I’m a reasonable person but these people so incompetent it’s crazy work. You guys take a process and just know how to make it more of an issue. I literally called about an order and got rushed off the phone this place a joke how do you get mad because someone is in to pick up a order that should be placed on a pick up rack that’s the point of a pick up line

Love the rotisserie chicken with shredded cheddar black olives cucumber BACON (MORE BACON THAN NECESSARY AND THEN ADD JUST A BIT MORE ON TOP OF THAT), SALT AND PEPPER. ON FOOT LONG (Italian herb and cheese, grain, wheat or HONEY OAT) footlong of course. bag of sun chips (any kind) and 6-10 raspberry cheesecake cookies.

Very rude employee's I reported one of the Lady for being rude to me. So now I cant get my soup before I go in work, I order soup but now for the last 3 months they have been telling me they don't have soup.. Those employees are costing subway money and it sad the owner don't see it..

The food was fine it's subway but the woman taking my order was extremely rude throughout the whole order. Her name was Katelyn and she had blue hair the woman working with her Stefanie was very kind and friendly.

I live very close to the subway on Penn and mt hope.. but everytime I would make an online order they would call me with they don't have this or that.. multiple times.. so I ended up just saying f it & started going to the cedar & jolly location... for a long time I never had issues there. But recently, I had made an online order and when I got there it was pretty packed so I obviously waited my turn in line. Eventually when I made it up there i was told they were out of everything I wanted.. but was told I needed to call back in the morning for a refund. Very annoyed I was still polite and decided to go else where for dinner. I call back the morning and only was able to have my food re made as the MOS told me that guy apparently stole tons of money and food from the store & was fired. Well anyways I had ordered another time or two without any issues.. today I order online & I walk into a lady mopping the floor, I immediately told my young daughter to walk to the side & apologized to the girl... she immediately comes back with well the pop machine broke so I'm mopping everything up and can't do much else. I ignore her very rude comment & continue to stand at the counter hoping someone else was working.. NOPE. This chick finally slams the mop down to come over with rolledddddd eyes and asks what I wanted.. saying i had a pick up order. Well when I finally got home to open our food.. my daughters & I's sandwiches are switched. ? apparently they don't know how to read either. I always tip and also did on this order. But this subway has some very lazy ghetto people working in it lately. F them for awhile until they can find actual people. ?‍??? the lady also felt it was necessary to SCREAM at my daughter for leaning on the glass when I immediately told my child not to. This chick was so ghetto and unprofessional. ? I hope she doesn't last long there. ? ain't gonna get no type of business with her working there. Wish I would of caught a name. ?
