They NEVER add the avocado on and the other ingredients are always wrong as well. It's like they can't read a simple food order ticket. Thats just sad.. Hire some people who can read please

The two gentlemen who worked tonight (Sunday, June 1st, 2025, 5pm) were very kind and helpful. I ordered a footlong for children with whom I babysit at church. One has an allergy to all dairy products. The sandwich assembler was aware of the need to change his gloves between assembling sandwiches. The store is very clean. Please be sure that they are praised for their good work. Thank you!

Best Subway in Lansing. Employees are very friendly, happy to help and patient. My favorite is the egg sandwich. Love at 1st bite!

I will never spend my money with SUBWAY again and I got points. i’ll keep going to Jersey Mike’s and Jersey Giant they’re 1000 times better and way better service

Look I’ve worked in the food industry and I’m a reasonable person but these people so incompetent it’s crazy work. You guys take a process and just know how to make it more of an issue. I literally called about an order and got rushed off the phone this place a joke how do you get mad because someone is in to pick up a order that should be placed on a pick up rack that’s the point of a pick up line

Love the rotisserie chicken with shredded cheddar black olives cucumber BACON (MORE BACON THAN NECESSARY AND THEN ADD JUST A BIT MORE ON TOP OF THAT), SALT AND PEPPER. ON FOOT LONG (Italian herb and cheese, grain, wheat or HONEY OAT) footlong of course. bag of sun chips (any kind) and 6-10 raspberry cheesecake cookies.
