They put raw bacon on ur sandwich and when u call and complain, they laugh at you! They only wanted to issue a refund until I told them that was my lunch at work! They then only replaced 1 sandwich out the 2! Still forgot toppings as it was a pickup order! Employees very unprofessional!

Place the online order at 6:20. 4 subs foot, long pretzel chocolate chip cookies.And a personal cheese pizza. .It is now 7:02 And still waiting on my food. I think it's pretty ridiculous that they only have one person working at this location. I.Will not come to this location again

I went in just to get cookies. The person helping placed my cookies on the counter. I told him I wanted new cooking and he picked my cookies up with his bare hands. Employee didn’t wash his hands and he didn’t have on any gloves. This is disgusting. Employee began to yell and scream at me. He called me racial slurs. I will not be visiting this place again!!

We use to give this subway a lot of our business. Our last and final encounter included the store being out of some of the meat that goes on the speciality subs we ordered, the vegetables were wilted, and the bread was hard. We called to complain and we were told our subs would be remade for free. When visiting the store a couple weeks later after a COVID scare we went to pick up our replacement subs and we were told by management our subs would not be remade and sternly directed us to leave the store. Not sure if there was a change in management but this store has definitely gone downhill. If you want a sub take your business to another location.

Pretty sure during my visit 12/4/2023 I was given olives that were contaminated with chemicals or expired. I have tried to contact location and no one answers so definitely don’t recommend this

i will never visit this subway again....they are always under staffed. Placed a order to be picked up....one sandwich and waited there for 15 minutes. They were literally remaking sandwiches on the line. Management needs to step up and train employees better.

Don't waste your time going to order anything in store if you're in a hurry. They have zero sense of urgency whatsoever. Standing there almost 15 minutes while they make 2 single sub orders the entire time. 2 people working. One is worried about a pickup order 6 tickets away. The store was filthy. The food line looked nasty and half frozen. Just don't. This place is outdated and falling apart and they don't pay employees enough to have anyone that actually cares about anything.

I had a very nice encounter with the owner at U-Haul where I work and he gave me and my two coworkers free sub meals. Great guy and very nice helping us guys out with dinner. Store was great too and worker there was nice. Would recommend this place to anyone !

I'm giving five stars to the employee who has to work by herself and take phone call orders and keep the food bar supplied, just to mention a few things. She's worked there a long time and always gives 100% with a smile, she knows how to make a sandwich, and keep the line moving. Very unfair that management wants to save a buck and not hire more full-timers to help her out.
