So apparently now when you order you have to talk to a robot. I'm sorry but these kids keep asking for more and more money but they have to do less and less work. I'm not giving my money to a company that can't have their employees interact with their customers.

We were the only ones in line so I guess that explains why every item we got was cold. They also added extra tomato when I asked for zero tomato on my chalupa. Once I got home I had to microwave all my food. When I spend $30 I at least want my food hot. Y'all can do better. Lansing can also do better on customer service period and food quality please 🙏.
Went to this location for the first time after having a terrible experience at the Tbell on Clippert and the staff was so friendly, they made my day! I had a mobile order and had my food within 2-3 minutes of getting there! I would definitely recommend this location
