Ordered drive thru about half past 11pm after work. I ordered 3 items, 2 modified and a drink. I paid $25. Am I mad? No way! The champagne I got was the best I ever had. The crunchwrap was done right. The chicken strip burrito... well, I haven't even gotten there yet, but I had to rave about the first two. Good job night shift!

Stopped by after my 14 hour shift trying to get food, but they informed me at 4:25am that they were closed despite google saying they were open till 5am, and their door stating they were open till 6am. I don’t know, every business I’ve worked for closing early is a fireable offense. Pretty disappointed that they couldn’t turn off their lights to let people know they were closed, and that they closed half an hour to an hour and a half early.

Used to be my favorite and really only fast food place. Seeing the order taken by AI, no, hire workers and pay them well enough to stay. I guess no more Taco Bell. Shame on the owners wanting to increase profit but nix employees.

I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box with the crispy chicken burrito and when I got home to my surprise I discovered there was no crispy chicken in the burrito! I went back over there driving in the dark. BTW: I don't drive at night. I told them about the snafu and they made the burrito, this time with the crispy chicken . I wasn't offered a refund, more food, nor any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. How would they like to start eating dinner and had to stop because they didn't get what they paid for and ordered?
