When we first started going to this Taco Bell it needed a LOT of work, but over the past couple of months I’ve seen significant progress from this location. Someone is doing something right, and the staff is always so kind. Yesterday I received a “positive taco” with some inspiration inside. It was super kind. Bravo, Dunckel Taco Bell on your awesome progress!
Lunch hour, the food I had ordered 10 minutes previously was still frozen...they offered to substitute food or cancel my order and that was it. Could have offered a concession like an additional item instead of changing to something on the menu that was cheaper.

This Taco bell has never gotten an order of mine wrong. Sometimes they run out of things or machines are down, but overall they're pretty reliable.
I did not get her name, but I had the sweetest person at the drive thru last night. She has gorgeous pink hair. Was so polite and said my name when telling me to have a good night. Most people just hand you the bag. Tiny things make a huge difference.
