First time stopping by. The menu has a lot of choices. Ordered some tacos with rice and beans. Rice had burnt spots, meat was not soft or tender. Was disappointed in order. The salsa was pretty good.
My wife and I have eaten at Taqueria Tomatitos Food Truck several times, and we both agree it’s one of the most authentic spots for Mexican cuisine in the Lansing area. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and high quality.
They deserve even more praise after this past Valentine’s Day. After nearly two hours waiting at Red Lobster - Frandor due to overbooked reservations, we had to leave without ever receiving our food because we had a movie scheduled....

Heading to McDonald's and saw this food truck so I had to try em. Ordered 3 barbacoa tacos. The meat was so tender! Hands down THE MOST FIRE tacos I've ever had. Super cool people, playing good music, and I had food in hand in less than 5 minutes.
