I've been here twice. The first time I had a great experience, this past time not so much. Decided to go here for my birthday dinner with my family. Our waitress was literally walking away while we were still ordering. It seemed she was running from our table anytime she came up to it. Order Ribeye. It came out with shrimp on top. I'm highly allergic to shrimp. Made it known to the server and she went in the back and came right back out. They only removed them from the steak and when questioned the manager came over and remade everything fresh and made it right. Server was clueless about why just taking them off the top of the steak wasn't good enough. Manager though, top tier!
Always a great time here but the chefs need to understand what medium is. Many of us ordered medium and the steaks came out well.
Update: Another visit and the steaks were absolutely excellent! The staff is amazing.
