I just got brisket and ribs about two hours ago. I love to smoke my own so I can be picky. This was not overpriced at all. Smoke was perfect. Not overwhelming. I actually liked the ribs better but both were great. Sides were all excellent. Corn bread wasn’t dry and so good. Cheesey potatoes tasted so homemade like you’d get at a cookout. But the sweet potatoes were excellent and the best. I have zero complaints. Haven’t even gotten to banana pudding or sheet cake...
Convenient location near Frandor, clean with a nice atmosphere, awesome customer service and the food is fantastic! There are two BBQ sauces you can use, but the proteins are so juicy and flavorful that you do not need it! We tried nachos with beef brisket, a three meat platter of flank steak, grilled chicken and beef brisket with green beans and mixed vegetable side dishes. Awesome hole-in-the-wall Texas style BBQ spot behind the Frandor shopping center. I got the Brisket sandwich, with Mac n’ Cheese and Green Beans. The staff was friendly, and even offered us a free dessert for our first visit. The BBQ was juicy, smoky, and delicious! The place is clean and well lit with plenty of seating. 10/10, I’ll be back without a doubt.
