They be having new employees up there all the time, no consistent workers. And i had my ordered messed up so many times. Im a fast food worker myself but the new guy in drive thru was disrespectful today.

Today wasn't the first time I've had problems I've gone in there before and had an employee totally switch up their attitude when they realized I wasn't tipping I mean throwing the tip jar over by the register and shoving the frappe out the window I've watched a manager cuss out an employee on the drive-thru your menu boards been broke for a month or so and your parking lot definitely needs to be fixed I fear I'm going to lose a tie rod every time I drive through there but today instead of a mocha frappe I got a caramel no big deal I go inside to get it replaced I don't have an attitude I'm not rude but the manager instead of being kind and just fixing their mistake said under their breath but not under their breath enough I guess I'll make another one. Yes you will I don't deserve your attitude you made the wrong one and if I would a knew I was gonna be treated so badly over your mistake I would a came in there with a different energy. Do better

I was new to Tim Horton's and started with their coffee. I really enjoyed it, and I'm not easy to please when it comes to my morning jolt.Then I tried the turkey bacon club and fell in love! I don't know if it's the bread or the turkey they use but this sandwich is excellent!I'll skip a good burger for this delicious sandwich every time!

The young lady who I bought coffee from let me know that dark roast was almost out, and offered to brew a fresh pot as long as I was willing to wait. I was, and couldn't be happier with my coffee. She also has a contagious smile. Thank you!
