We love this restaurant in our city… we went on a usual date night to find out the whole menu had changed and our favorites were gone off the menu. We gave it a chance and tried new pasta items and were very disappointed. Very small portions and the food frankly was not that great. We loved coming here and are very sad the menu is very limited now. We had great service by Tyler and would like to have him recognized.
We have enjoyed Tuscano in Lansing. It is a new restaurant and we have made sure to get reservations. They do not have their own parking lot so you can get lucky and get street parking or you have to park in a pay lot. The food is very good but it is in the higher end. Portions are large so we usually share an appetizer and then an entree. Our servers have been friendly but it can be a long drawn out meal.
I went to Toscana for a work meeting and was happy with the quality of food, the attentiveness of the wait staff and the large selection of wines available. I ordered the bolognese, which was very well made. The waitress made sure to bring refills of beverages and was very friendly.
