This was actually really good for me with the flu, adding ginger sooths the nausea, it being liquid makes it easy to digest. It's highly nutritious for a liquid too, I especially like you can add whey powder for extra protein. It made me feel much better and got something in me when my stomach really couldn't tolerate much. Thank you!
