Stood there waiting for someone to greet me or take my order. Anything. Instead they all stood around in the back talking. Someone came out from the back saw me and proceeded to go back to whatever they were doing. Third time I've came to this location and each time has been ridiculous.

Trent, Citaly, and Jada we’re super helpful today. Despite the store experiencing an electronic issue, they were able to make the smoothies with the proper ingredients to make it taste amazing. I could tell this is a location that thrives on strong teamwork.

Whoever manages the app and website needs to try again because it says they close at 10pm on Thursday but somehow I place an order at 9pm and drive all the way there just to be rejected by a closed store and be short 20 dollars with no smoothies. How?

We walked in were hardly greeted it more so seemed we interrupted their lunch break. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and they let me order I stood and waited and they handed me an entirely different sandwich saying they didn’t have bacon so they just threw together a chipotle chicken wrap and called it good without even asking me if I’d like to choose something else since they didn’t have what they let me order. I’m never coming back to this location again which sucks because tropical smoothie is my favorite fast food.

To begin they shut their phone off in the morning so they can’t receive calls. Then the general manager Trenton had a very nasty attitude when I say something about the phone being off. Then he tried to give me a very soupy smoothie to hurry me out his store. I asked him why is it like this He quotes “you watched me make it.” So I asked him to prepare it right my next smoothie was perfect. So I know he did it purposefully. I will NEVER be spending my money at this store again.
Hands down the worst experience at a trop ever. Walked in and the cashier did nothing but mumble and tried to give me half my mobile order and push me out the door. Failing to tell me they were out of Açaí. (Which still showed available online, just seemed they wanted to leave early) So naturally asked for a refund and was told they don’t know how to refund a mobile order. Offered me no other solution so I asked for a chicken bacon ranch wrap instead (even though it was almost $3 cheaper), which was not made correctly and sloppily thrown together. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this Trop all together.

Recent service has not been good , gotten the wrong order item. Called for help and had a snotty female team member when I called at 8pm 5/15 and lied about having to get ahold of door dash for a refund. Again at 9am this morning 5/16 they were rude and then admitted there wasn't a manager on site to do the refunding and I have to come in person for it so it's a day after? I dont drive and that's very very inconvenient and will not be getting from here again. Poor service lately , poor atmosphere and poor food prepping/cooking.

My husband and I went in for smoothies. The smoothies were good with lots of options. We didn't try their pitas, but would like to try. The staff were not very nice or welcoming. The young, taller lady took our order and was rather abrupt. She didn't speak, took our money; then walked into the back room. I did not tip. All three were not very congenial or pleasant.

I agree with most of reviews of bad customer service, the workers are unpleasant and even the manager, he has a bad sassy and emotional attitude, nobody greats you or says a word to you until you pay pretty much. Check out the location in Okemos, at least they’re professional and pleasant. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend this location at all, they always have rude workers with a bad attitude who talk loudly and even about customers where we can hear them. Everytime I come in here it’s the same thing, I only stopped in this time because I couldn’t make it to the Okemos location. Other than that stop spending your money where it’s not valued, this was my last time supporting this location.
