Worst experience ever. Came home expecting to have a good meal. Bun was hard and cold. Gave no sauce at all, had ordered three meals ALL including nuggets. And had even asked for extra ketchup. Don’t come here, haven’t had a good time here

This location I frequent often for my personal orders through the app & for Doordash pickups. Unfortunately, I have waited to review them until today when the person working the drive thru window presented a heavy attitude while they had completely closed the lobby before 5:30pm (which they continously do). I personally feel since they found out they arre not getting closed with so of the other horrible locations they have got worse with their customer service.

They take the longest out of any fast food place around here for drive-thru. That's why this place doesn't get as much business anymore. Nobody wants to wait a half an hour for their food

The burger that I ordered was barely room temperature, so I asked for a replacement, which they did, to their credit. But the replacement wasn't much warmer despite just being made. I didn't want to bother trying to make that right. Fries were great.

Got 2 large bowls of chili, a spicy chicken sandwich and 2 frosties last night. The chili was SUPER watery, had no beans and barely any meat. It looked as if they added water to the remaining chili to stretch it. I've never had this experience at any Wendy's in my life before. The spicy chicken sandwich is thin, flat and dry. It is nothing like it used to be. It's basically a spicy McChicken now except more costly. I went to Mason's Wendy's today and the chili was good but had the same experience with the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything is getting smaller, the meat quality is decreasing and the prices are going up. Just make your own chili and get you a bag of Tysons spicy chicken patties at this point🤦🏽‍♀️

Worse fast good experience ever! My son's were hungry while we were running errands through Lansing so we decided to order online so we could keep moving. Arrived at the restaurant and the dining room was closed so we had to wait in the drive through anyway since I already paid. Get to the window and have to go back and forth with the employee who insisted I didn't place an order. Eventually they found it sitting on the counter, which I don't understand since they were closed inside. Got the order from the window and something told me to check the bag before getting back on the road. Good thing because only half the order was there. Went back to the window and they had to make the second part of the order twice because they did not follow the instructions we entered online. After all that we finally get back on the road only for my son to find a long hair in his burger. I noticed no one was wearing a hair restraint or gloves and should have left at that point even though it was paid for. At any rate, this isn't an issue we've had at Wendy's before so we won't swear off them all together, but I know we will never return to this location.
