Every single time I come to this location I’m always waiting 10 15 minutes for my food. That’s not the issue. The issues is that after waiting that long you’d think your getting fresh hot food. My food is almost cold every single time.

I usually have very good food here, but tonight my chicken wasn't even warm tasted like the patty was made yesterday. The gentleman were kind and respectful but the food was awful

ORDER A #1 with mustard only, they put so much mustard it was all over outside and in, won't be coming back, maybe if they did waste stuff they wouldn't charge so much, Manager should train them

Let me start by saying this is easily the best fast food experience I have had in the greater Lansing area within the last 20 years. It's certainly better than any experience with McDonald's I've had.

My associates and I tend to be a fairly tame group at the worst of times but we do still get to conversing. We also ordered a great deal of food. Despite this , the crew of this location were able to get our order out much faster than we anticipated and were quite hospitable and tolerant of our conversation. We tried to leave the place as we found it, took care of our trash, etc.

Apparently , we arrived at the tail end of lunch rush and there had been some feelings about how busy they'd been. So I want to reiterate here that we really appreciated, how kind and how fast and efficient the crew were with us.

Let me be blunt: I have never found a reason to give out five stars before. I'm giving them here for atmosphere and service.

Every McDonald's location in Lansing can learn from you.

Totally unacceptable, I went to Wendy’s last night Nov 3rd to get lunch for my mom. I order her Bacon classic combo with a pineapple mango drink, large chili and Cobb salad. The people that worked there didn’t give me a spoon and a straw and never gave me my receipt. Normally to be honest it’s good to have a receipt, but sometime people don’t need a receipt because it’s either for their earning points or maybe for record only reason people keep receipt . I paid $28.60 in cash for my mom’s meal and I dropped it off to her not realizing that Wendy’s never gave my mom her chili until after midnight where I didn’t look at her text until then. I call this morning Nov 4 at 8:03am and spoke with the manager in charge and told her what happened, and said that unfortunately she can’t do anything for me cause I don’t have a receipt and I paid cash. As I tried continue talking to her about the issue and I was just talking nicely; not yelling or force voice trauma, she hung up on me and refused to answer any of phone calls after trying to attempt calling 2 more times. Then I decided to call cooperate and file a complaint. Never ever going to this place again, I never even go to Wendy’s or eat at Wendy’s. I just happened to come to your stupid Wendy’s because my mom wanted Wendy and your restaurant just happened to be the closest one to holt.

I just wanna give a big shout out to Michael. I came in tonight and he had the greatest customer service. Customer service was so good. You definitely go back to get that same customer service. We need more people like you in this world for customer service thank you, Michael.

Wasted my whole lunch break waiting to order. Lights where on but doors where locked so I couldn't order inside and the drive through line wasn't moving at all. Consistently one of the worst restaurants. Wont be returning. Thx

Try not to use the walk in service.
One of the worst Wendy's experiences I've had.
Saving grace was one of the backroom workers was helpful.
Poor service, long wait and no thank you.

Wish there was a way for me to show you footage of my experience at this restaurant. It was unique to my life. As I was standing in line, I saw the fry guy tell the drive-through co-worker bleep words and other juicy words. The manager was standing there observing everything, but this did not seem to concern her too much. “Luckily” there was more stimulation to be had as I noticed a 25-year-old woman threaten an eighty year-old woman! They were strangers! It was then that I realized I was in a very special portal to the dark side and realized I should go. Then I got my receipt. The total was $6.66 lol. Like. 😳👀 Anyways, that’s one way to get dinner and a show.

At approximately 10:00 - 10:15 on 9/12 in the evening, your employee was very rude to the dasher working for Door Dash. My order was also wrong. My chili cheese fries had no chili, my food was cold & soggy, and I didn't get the frosty I ordered.
