“Located inside of Walmart. Tonight, my husband and I walked in just after 8pm, and thought it may be closed. The young man working, mopping the floors, assured us it was not and was eager to help. He was SO entertaining, and made us laugh with some cute jokes. He was very attentive, and a nice break from the usual burnt out employees that are just there to do a job. “I want to give recognition to Brooke at the Lapeer Subway on Main Street. It is Saturday at noon and Brooke is working by herself with mobile orders coming in and a line of people to the door. This girl is working so hard she is friendly and not getting frantic. In between waiting on customers she's proofing bread putting bread and baking bread!! This girl needs a raise considering the assistant managers on a two-week vacation and another girl with her last day today and the other employees are minors and have already hit their hours for the week. I used to work for Subway years ago so I know it's terrible when you have to run a store by yourself with no other employees. I give Brooke props for kicking butt!!“
