This is my once in a blue moon stop. Service was very nice, but honestly the donuts were gross; Right out of the fridge, not fresh. Breakfast sandwich was good. Coffees were also not good. The K cups taste better. Seems to be a trend with franchises not in Canada.
Went there for a business meeting, got a breakfast wrap, some donut holes and a diet coke drink. Food was decent(still fast food), drink was watery but acceptable. Went to leave a while later and wanted a refill. They DO NOT offer refills! $2.70 for some 12-14oz of not great soda, then don't give refills when you dine in? The employee was so soft spoken I couldn't hear him, I didn't raise my voice, didn't barrage the kid with any aggression. Still couldn't...
I went through the drive-through today to get a chicken chipotle wrap with a medium ice cap. The guy at the window said he just cleaned the ice cap machine and the wait is about 10 mins. I said I love my ice caps so I’ll wait! They made my wrap which I ate while waiting and then sure enough 10 mins later they brought me my ice cap, only they made me a large instead of a medium!!!
