I stopped on the way home to Flint but will drive the 30 min back to Lapeer just to eat here again. Great food, big servings, outstanding service. Can't imagine anything I'd want different
I had Jambalaya and beans and my husband had tacos. All the food was great and I had enough to take home. Service was great and the waitress was very helpful in choosing our order and really on top of things.
The place is warm and cozy with lots of wood, giving a rustic feel and the prices were fair.
Overall impression is good and we will definitely go back.

We stopped on a road trip from Chicago to Toronto and has a wonderful experience. This is a must for anyone passing through Lapeer. The food is lovingly prepared. My burnt ends nachos were the best of my life—no exaggeration. Shaylee was our server and was as helpful kind and attentive as could be. I will come again anytime I’m in the area.
