Great pizza!!! I really wished I would have tried sooner!
We went into The Matador today telling them we just moved to Baraga about 8 months ago and have been driving around looking for our favorite pizza spots. Well they are definitely one of our favorites. We loved their crust and how the crust was cooked. Their sauce was very good. And their cheese and toppings had great flavor. We will definitely be going back for more!
We called ahead of opening and they had our pizza ready to go upon the doors being unlocked. Their specialty pizza was delicious: a poblano pepper, bacon and grilled chicken pizza. Definitely nice to get a pizza around town that's not the same old same old.
