I’m not sure if this place is against area codes are outside of their area? I’ve called 12 times today and not a single answer. The number listed on their website is disconnected or doesn’t work but if you check google or Facebook there is a number but still no answer. Highly doubt they are that busy that a call can’t be answered. We’re visiting the area and wanted to support local restaurants.

We went into The Matador today telling them we just moved to Baraga about 8 months ago and have been driving around looking for our favorite pizza spots. Well they are definitely one of our favorites. We loved their crust and how the crust was cooked. Their sauce was very good. And their cheese and toppings had great flavor. We will definitely be going back for more!

We called ahead of opening and they had our pizza ready to go upon the doors being unlocked. Their specialty pizza was delicious: a poblano pepper, bacon and grilled chicken pizza. Definitely nice to get a pizza around town that's not the same old same old.

My mouth didn't want me to stop but my stomach said slow down. The ravioli, grilled zucchini and bread was so good it was hard to stop - I was so full. DUDE- nailed it!
Crab Rangoon pizza is amazing definitely worth trying

We were in the area visiting from minnesota and decided to give this place a try,i believe it was the owner who made our delicious pizza I think it was a pesto sauce?? Amazing food and service had a hard time deciding which pizza to get as they all sounded good so did multiple other menu items.we will definitly stop again when we're in the area

Doesn't answer their phone (tried multiple times over several days). They claim they do take-out, but you can't place an order unless you apparently go there.

Take out: ordered the meat lovers and garlic parmesan wings, so I thought ans the receipt showed it. But for over $50 we received a Cheese pizza with 7 pepperoni and 4 pcs of ham with 5 chunks of hamburger. Where's the Meat?? ????. No wings, we got a crumb battered chicken patty cut into slices, this was so ridiculously funny this man doesn't know his chicken parts. A disgrace to restaurant chefs everywhere. Taste was disgusting. If you don't have bone in wings. Just say you don't have wings instead of disguising a chicken patty: Note, that is not a boneless wing as you called it. Never ever Again....check your orders don't trust this ridiculously priced chicken patty cook. UNBELIEVABLE TRASH
